Kettle in charge

21 March 2017

Referee and his assistants for Saturday's game confirmed

Trevor Kettle will take charge of a game involving Crawley Town and Leyton Orient for the second time this season on Saturday (3pm).

The official was in charge on Boxing Day last December when the hosts ran out 3-2 winners at Brisbane Road - and it will be the third time he has taken charge of a game involving the Reds this season.

The other previous occasion was the 2-1 defeat away to Stevenage Borough at the beginning of September.

Mr Kettle has taken charge of seven games involving the Reds before the current campaign:

Nov 2015: Bristol Rovers (H) won 2-1
Mar 2015: Gillingham (H) lost 2-1
Jan 2015: Rochdale (A) lost 4-1
Apr 2014: Crewe (H) lost 2-1
Dec 2013: Leyton Orient (A) won 3-2
Nov 2012: Met Police (A) won 2-1
Aug 2012: Doncaster (A) won 1-0

So far this season the referee has issued 125 yellow cards and five reds. He will be assisted by Mr Ashvin Degnarain and Mr Andrew Laver - the fourth official will be Mr Darren Blunden.
