TEAM NEWS

Reds could  be without Lanre Oyebanjo, Josh Simpson and Ryan Dickson because of injury while on-loan Keith Keane is not able to play against his parent club.
For Preston, Jordan Hugill is suspended but Chris Humphrey, Andy Little and John Welsh could all come into contention after injury. Callum Robinson and Kyel Reid are pressing for starts.

VIEW FROM INSIDE THE CAMP

John Gregory: "Another tough game that's for sure. They are rightly regarded as one of the sides tipped for promotion but we think we can go there and get a result."

Simon Grayson (Preston boss, pictured): "I know John Gregory well and we have had some good conversations. He is enjoying what he is doing at Crawley on a limited budget and they have made a decent start to the season so it won't be easy for us."

WE’VE MET BEFORE?

This is the fifth meeting between the clubs, all in League One. Reds won at Deepdale two years ago but we lost 1-0 there in March. Of that side only skipper Joe Walsh is still in the squad.

FORM GUIDE

Reds have won five, drawn one and lost five in all competitions this season. Preston have won one of their four home League games to date, drawing the other three. On Tuesday they led 3-0 at home to Chesterfield but ended up drawing 3-3.
