"I thought the boys were excellent on Saturday.
"The feeling was that whoever got the first goal would be the side who would go on to win the game," he told Reds Player HD.
"Adi (Yussuf) came on for us and did just that - we made it difficult for ourselves at the end but to win away from home like that was great.
"The fans who travelled were great - it was a 600-mile round trip so it was brilliant for them.
"On Tuesday back in front of our home fans I think we can approach the game full of confidence to continue this good run we're on."
