Head Coach looks ahead to Saturday's game away to Crewe Alexandra
"It's going to be a tough game on Saturday but I'm much happier now than I was last Saturday after the game at Yeovil.
"We approach every match in the same way. Last Saturday was disappointing but the week before at home to Grimsby Town I was really pleased with the way we played and the manner of the win inf ront of our home supporters.
"The challenge for us now is to start turning good performances into results and putting a run together - it's a busy time of year and momentum in this league is so important. A few good results can lift you up the table and I think we are one of several teams in this division capable of doing that."
Crewe have been around the play-off picture for much of the season after dropping into League Two at the end of last season.
Dermot added: "Crewe have always had a reputation of playing the right way and it could be a good game to watch on Saturday. What we need to do is make sure we are nice and solid defensively so we give ourselves a platform to express ourselves in an attacking sense."
Joe McNerney is back in training but won't be involved on Saturday. His likely comeback will be on Tuesday, in the Sussex Senior Cup tie at Horsham YMCA. Matt Harrold is also absent as he recovers from a torn Achilles but otherwise Reds travelled north on Friday with a full squad.
