Reds defender buoyant after solid defensive display in victory
Josh Yorwerth praised the entire side and spoke about his opportunity back in the team after Saturday's win away to Crewe Alexandra.
The defender was recently recalled from his loan spell back in Wales and has since produced some eye-catching performances in defence, including yesterday in particular.
"The whole team defended really well today - from back to front everybody carried out their roles really well," he told Reds Player HD.
"We knew it would be tough coming up here but everyone was excellent.
"I'll always give my all and do everything to keep the ball out of the net," he continued.
"I knew there were injuries here when I was recalled from my loan spell at Merthyr Tydfil so I knew I'd get an opportunity.
"That spell back at home was nice - sometimes you have to take one step back to take two more forward and that's what I've done.
"I think it's matured me - it was a good thing and now I'm happy to be back."
