TEAM NEWS

Ryan Dickson (knee) and Emmett O'Connor (hamstring) are both sidelined by injury. Keith Keane is available again after serving a one-match suspension.

Gillingham are without the suspended Doug Loft while injuries are set to rule out Callum Davies and Kortney Hause. Amine Linganzi and Josh Pritchard are also doubts.

Former Crawley loanee Michael Doughty has joined Gillingham for a month from QPR and could make his debut.

VIEW FROM INSIDE THE CAMP

John Gregory: "They have a hugely experienced manager in Peter (Taylor) and at home they are hard to beat. They lost to Preston on Tuesday but the reports suggest they played well and were unlucky. They will be looking to bounce back and I expect a very tough game as always at Gillingham."

Peter Taylor (Gillingham boss, pictured): "For an hour on Tuesday against a good Preston side we played well, the last half hour was not so good. We need to build on the positives from that first hour to take into the Crawley game."

WE’VE MET BEFORE?

Five previous meetings have produced two wins for Reds and three for Gillingham. Last season we won 3-2 at home but lost 1-0 on our last visit to Kent in March. In the 2011-12 campaign in League Two we won 1-0 at Priestfield thanks to a Dannie Bulman goal but lost 2-1 at home on Boxing Day. The sides have previously met in the Football League Trophy when Reds were a Conference club and we lost 2-0 at Gillingham.
