£1,500 cheque handed over after player shirt auction
Co-owner Matt Turner was delighted to hand over a cheque for £1,500 to the Crawley and Horsham branch of the Royal British Legion before Saturday's game against Wycombe Wanderers.This is the amount raised last season from the auction of special one-off remembrance shirts worn by the squad in the JP Trophy game against Gillingham.
The cheque was presented to Crawley Borough councillor Brian Quinn, who was there on behalf of the British Legion.
