YOUNG STARLET: The 23-year-old was the top scorer for Blackburn Rovers’ academy and joined Liverpool soon after.
PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Jason was awarded the award for League Two in March 2013 after impressive showings for John Sheridan’s Plymouth side – he scored three goals in that month.
THEY SAID IT: During his time at MK Dons, the boss Karl Robinson described Jason as ‘unplayable’ when on form.
APPEARANCES: Jason made 21 League 2 starts last season. He played for Wycombe at the Checkatrade Stadium in August’s goalless draw and scored his only goal of the season in their 2-1 home defeat to one of his former clubs Plymouth.
He has scored 11 goals in 96 League and Cup appearances at eight different clubs.
