Ryan to return against Port Vale?
Manager John Gregory is hopeful that Ryan Dickson will be available for selection on Saturday for the crucial home game against Port Vale.The utility player had hernia surgery a fortnight ago but is back in training and has a good chance of being fit.
Gwion Edwards had surgery at the same time as Ryan but his recovery has been slightly slower and JG rates him 50-50 to be in the squad to face Rob Page's men.
Josh Simpson had an epidural to try and cure a long-standing hamstring injury last Friday but it's unlikely he will be fit before the start of 2015.
Izale McLeod remains sidelined as he serves the second of his three-match suspension.
