New signing on the bench as Reds make four changes from Tuesday

Richie Barker made four changes to the side that beat Bolton 2-1 on Tuesday night for the game against Leyton Orient, with deadline day signing Michael Jones named on the substitutes bench.

Gary Alexander, who was rested completely on Tuesday, came in for Jonathan Forte in attack to partner match-winner Nicky Ajose.

Billy Clarke, who made such an impact off the bench on Tuesday, came back into the starting XI for the injured Sergio Torres, while David Hunt replaced Mark Connolly at right back.

The final change saw Josh Simpson come back into the middle of midfield for Shaun Cooper. There was also a place on the bench for young defender Joe Walsh.

For the visitors, there were five changes from the side that lost 5-0 to Everton on Wednesday.

Reds: Jones; Hunt, Davis, McFadzean, Sadler; Adams, Akpan, Simpson, Clarke; Ajose, Alexander. Subs: Connolly, Forte, Walsh, Bulman, Cooper, Jones, Kuipers
