With the services of the in-house caterers the Stadium Suite is an ideal location for celebrating your special occasion. The Suite benefits from having space for a dance floor if requested, and space for your private disco.

We can provide you with a wide choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner menus and refreshments - ranging from finger buffets to light snacks and formal dinners.

We are happy to discuss menu options with you and if you request, we can also prepare à la carte menus cooked to meet your guests' individual tastes.

Room layouts

Figures are based on the whole suite but may change depending on room size and layout.

Capacity seating in theatre style is 200.

Capacity seating in caberet style is 180.

Frequently asked questions

Q - How many people can we get around each table?
A Around our circular tables, 8 people can comfortably sit for a formal sitting/ having formal meal. 10 people for informal/meeting.

Q - Do we need to pay extra for having the bar open?
A No. The bar facility is fully licensed and can be requested to be opened for your booking, inclusive of staff at no extra charge.

Q - Does the Suite hire include catering?
A No. The catering is charged separately through our in house Catering team.

Q - Where can I see a menu?
A Catering is provided through the Suite's in house Catering team, they will be happy to discuss menu options with you.

Q - If I've booked the venue to start from 18:00, can I come in at 17:00 to set up?
/ A Times of bookings must include your 'set-up' and 'clear up' time, so in this case you would need to have booked from 17:00.

Q - Can we have a viewing?
A Yes. Viewing’s of the Suite can be arranged by contacting Crawley Town Football Club on 01293 410000, who will liaise a suitable viewing date/time with you.
