Learn to play the Crawley Town way

Posted on: Sat 05 May 2012

Crawley Town in the Community are returning with their Half Term Soccer Schools in June, with two courses taking place simultaneously from 6-8 June to allow more players aged 5-13 to stay active over the holiday.

For young players in Crawley, the venue will be Hazelwick School on artificial turf. In Burgess Hill, the three-day course will take place at London Meed Primary School.

Both Soccer Schools will run from 9.30am - 3pm (12.30pm for half day players) and will offer all participants the chance to improve skills such as dribbling, passing, finishing, close control and first touch.

Each day will finish with an U-21 (5-8 years) and Senior (9-13 years) tournament where players will get to put into practice what they have learned in the morning.

On top of all that, competitions will take place in order to win prizes and each player will receive a medal and a certificate charting their progress upon completion while extremely talented players can earn recommendation towards the Crawley Town Centre of Excellence.

Prices are £40 for 3 full days, £25 for 3 half days and daily rates are available also.

Registration forms can be downloaded here: Soccer School June 2012 or you can contact Dave Francis on davefrancis@crawleytownfc.com to book your place.
