Matchday Incident Reporting

Crawley Town FC is encouraging fans to report incidents of unacceptable or potentially discriminatory behaviour at any of their games.

The Reds believe that everyone has the right to attend football matches in a safe and friendly environment, and that means all members of the community. The club are encouraging fans to download the Kick It Out app or report any incidents of discrimination to the nearest steward or via feedback@crawleytownfc.com.

Crawley Town are currently working towards the EFL’s Equality Code of Practice, a mandatory framework for all 72 EFL clubs. We are reaffirming our commitment to stamp out any unacceptable or discriminatory behaviour at any of our games, to ensure The People’s Pension Stadium is free from discrimination.

During this process, the club have been working with Inclusion in Sport Ltd. Lyndon Roberts, Director, stated: "It is fantastic that Crawley Town FC are showing such a commitment to diversity and inclusion and making their stadium free from any form of abuse. It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that, if a small minority want to behave in this way, they do not feel welcome at the Broadfield Stadium. Reporting is easy, just email a seat, row and block number to feedback@crawleytownfc.com with a description of the individual and the incident and stay completely anonymous.

If you spot any unacceptable behaviour contrary to the ground regulations or a potential safeguarding issue that you feel needs to be addressed immediately, you can text the matchday helpline on 07958157996 to speak directly to the control room at the Broadfield Stadium. Alternatively, you can seek help from the nearest steward.

The FREE Kick It Out app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play
