Information For First Time Visitors

Making The Most Of Your Visit

The People's Pension Stadium is easily accessible off the A23. Come off at the Pease Pottage junction 11 turn-off and follow the signs for Crawley.

As you approach the town you will see a roundabout with a big football in the middle. The stadium is the first turning on the left in Winfield Way. Look out for the brown stadium signs around Crawley if you can't find us.

Car parking at the stadium is for season-ticket and pass holders only.

There are free parking options close to the stadium. As you come towards the stadium off the A23 look out for Broadfield Park on your left. There is free parking here in the William Reed Car Park. Look out for this sign just after the pedestrian crossing.

If this is full head to the roundabout with the football on it, double back on yourself and on the left there is parking available 300 yards further on, at Tilgate Park Business Centre. You can walk to the stadium in less than five minutes from either this sites. K2 Leisure Centre car park is another option but there are time limits so we advise using our free parking options.

Crawley Train Station is the closest to The People's Pension Stadium but you can also get there from Three Bridges or Gatwick Airport stations.

There is a taxi rank outside Crawley station, some of which are wheelchair accessible, you will be charged by the mile.

PLUSBUS: You can add the bus travel to your rail ticket for less than the price of paying on the bus. Just ask to add Plusbus when buying you rail ticket to Crawley, Three Bridges or Gatwick. You can find out more about Plusbus by clicking here

Buses from Crawley Rail Station: Cross the road outside the station to Crawley Bus Station. Go to Stop A and catch Fastway 10 to the The People's Pension Stadium.

From Three Bridges Rail Station: Follow signs to stop C near the station and catch Fastway 20 to the The People's Pension Stadium.

From Gatwick Airport: From either terminal follow the signs saying 'Local public buses Metrobus'. Catch either Fastway 10 or Fastway 20 southbound in the direction of Broadfield/Bewbush to The People's Pension Stadium.

All pre-purchased tickets that need to be collected on match day can be picked up from the Portacabin (pictured below) close to the south end turnstiles at the back of the (main) West Stand

We have two seated stands, West and East, and two covered terraces. The South Terrace is for home supporters only. Away fans are housed in the North Terrace and a section of the East Stand.

Family groups are the seated and covered East Stand. This is so young fans can access the food and drink outlets, toilets and Devils' Den which is close by.

Devils' Den is our matchday space for young fans. It contains Playstations and other games and is a cool place to hang out before kick off and again at half-time.

As you enter the East Stand through the turnstiles turn left and it is right in front of you, next to the Stand.

Find out more about Devils' Den by watching our video here.

Our ball court at the back of the South Stand is open from 2.30pm so why not stop by and have a kick-around?

Redz Bar is situated behind the South Terrace (opposite the Ball Court) and is open to families. We sell a range of drinks and it's a great place to mingle with other supporters of both teams.

There are six snack bars inside the stadium including a mobile unit at the turnstiles to access The People's Pension East Stand. They offer a range of hot and cold snacks and drinks.

Our main Club Shop is situated at the back of the West Stand. The shop is not very big and in the hour or so before kick off it tends to get busy as access is shared with the Ticket Office. If you want to purchase a souvenir of your visit we'd recommend visiting us after the final whistle if you can.

Alternatively, our entire range of goods is available to buy online

We want your visit to the club to be as enjoyable as possible. If you need any information please ask any of our friendly stewards who are here to help. If you want to know anything else email and we will reply in good time before your visit.

We're always looking to improve our matchday experience for fans. If you have any feedback we'd love to hear from you so we can make future visits even more memorable. Please email

Thank you and we hope you enjoy your visit!
