BTEC National Diploma in Sport places at Crawley Town still available

Have you thought about what you will do after leaving school?

Our BTEC National Extended Sports Diploma is equivalent to three A Levels.

It opens pathways to university, careers in sport and scholarships in the USA.

You can be part of the Crawley Town family.

Crawley Town FC Community Sports Foundation is offering an exciting opportunity for 16-17 year olds to pursue an Educational Scholarship at the Football Club starting in September.

The Scholarship involves a two-year full-time NVQ Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sport - equivalent to three A Levels.

There will be more opportunities to study other sport-related courses as well as play futsal for Crawley Town FC against other Football League Clubs.

If you have always been an 11-a-side player why not give Futsal a try? See the benefits Futsal can provide with training techniques that will improve your technical ability.

Learners will receive eight hours of education per week and up to eight hours of Futsal, including training and fixtures.

The course starts in September 2014 at the Stadium.

This course particularly suits those wanting to enter employment in the sport and active leisure sector, such as sports coaches, instructors and leaders. It will also benefit those wishing to progress to higher education to study a sport-related degree such as Sports Development and Sports Science, or indeed travel to USA and work within the sports industry.

This is an innovative and exciting programme for 16-17 years old to be involved in a professional programme while gaining a first class education.
