TEAM NEWS
Matt Harrold (knee) and Josh Simpson (ankle) are still sidelined for Reds.
Norwich may make changes from their weekend win at Ipswich with Carlos Cuellar and Cameron Jerome in line to make their Canaries' debut. Ryan Bennett, Jonny Howson and Gary Hooper are all doubtful while Martin Olsson completes a three-match ban.
VIEW FROM INSIDE THE CAMP
John Gregory: "They are a Premier League club in all but name and it won't be long before they are back there. I'm not sure if (Norwich manager) Neil Adams will make changes but they will still put out a very strong side. But we like being the underdogs and we've got a good record against Championship sides in recent years."
Neil Adams (Norwich City manager): “They will see it as a game where they can make a name for themselves and they will win if we don't treat it properly. We'll make changes but we will prepare right and, make no mistake, it's a game we want to win."
