MATCH OFFICIALS

Referee: Christopher Sarginson

Assistants: Paul Harris & John O’Brien

Fourth Official: Craig Hicks

TEAM NEWS

Reds welcome back midfielder Andy Drury, who rested a slight knock at Shrewsbury on Tuesday night.

Colchester hope striker Jabo Ibehre will be fit after missing three games with hip and pelvic problems.

VIEW FROM INSIDE THE CAMP

John Gregory: “It’s an important game against one of the teams around us who we are looking to finish above at the end of the season. They have had some good results and their squad has a nice blend of youth and experience. It will be tough – as they all are in this division.”

Sanchez Watt (Colchester midfielder): "It's a must-win game for us. We don't want to leave there with anything less than three points."

WE’VE MET BEFORE

The sides have met on three previous occasions. Both games at Colchester have finished 1-1 with Emile Sinclair netting our equaliser in the away game in September. The only other meeting at home on New Year’s Day 2013 finished in a 3-0 win for Reds which included a first ever goal in Crawley colours for Mark Connolly.

FORM GUIDE

Reds have lost just one of their last nine league games while Colchester are without an away league win since beating Oldham in November.
