Graham's renewed his season ticket - have you?
There are nine days to go until the Early Bird season-ticket deadline and today Reds’ fan Graham Davies came in to renew his season ticket before May 31 and make a saving at the same time.
Graham has been watching the Reds for two decades and once again, he'll be in the AJD West Stand for the 2014-15 campaign. He explains exactly why he's decided to take up the option to renew his season ticket.
“I enjoy watching Crawley play football,” he said. “I like the family atmosphere – there's never any trouble and it's always a good feeling around the club. I'm a Crystal Palace supporter as well but Crawley gives me a far greater opportunity to watch football, which I love. My friend Dave Arnold will be coming down to renew soon as well.
“I've renewed in the same block but will have a different seat this time around. Being a pensioner sitting in the West Stand makes it more comfortable with a great view of the pitch.
Graham is optimistic that Reds can have another good season in League One and is delighted with the job that John Gregory has done at the club so far.
“John's brought a new spirit to the club,” added Graham. “He's definitely someone who knows what he's doing, he's great for Crawley and I think the club are fortunate to have got hold of him. It's going to be interesting to see if John and the Chief Executive (Michael Dunford) can work their magic and continue to bring in some solid players. They've brought a stability to the club and will both go a long way to achieving a reasonable position in the table for next season.”
“Crawley is a great club to come and watch and it's very enjoyable to attend games here. We need to have some solidity throughout the side - the back four in particular – but I think we’re going to have another exciting season.”
