1 September 2014

Defender departs

The club can confirm that defender Connor Essam has left Crawley Town after his contract was cancelled by mutual consent.

Connor was signed by former manager Richie Barker in January 2013, and made 12 appearances for the club and scored once in the 2-0 win over Coventry City in April 2013.

Chief Executive Michael Dunford said: "Connor is going to further his career elsewhere and we would like to thank him for his services to Crawley Town and wish him all the best for the future."
