TEAM NEWS
Lanre Oyebanjo and Gavin Tomlin are both out until October for Reds. The club are still waiting for Bryan Van Den Bogaert's international clearance and hope it arrives in time for the defender to be included in the squad.
THE FORM GUIDE
Reds kicked off their League 2 campaign with a 1-1 draw at Oxford. Peterborough began their League 1 season with a 2-0 defeat at Rochdale.
VIEW FROM THE BENCH
: "It's another very difficult game for us, just like Saturday. Peterborough finished last season quite well, they have recruited some good players and I imagine they will be fired up after losing on Saturday. But we definitely go there thinking we can get a positive result."Mark Yates
: "Saturday was not good enough but we have three home games coming up and the bottom line for me is we don't get beaten at London Road."Dave Robertson (Peterborough manager, pictured)
WE’VE MET BEFORE?
This will be the fifth meeting between the clubs.
In the 2013-14 campaign Reds did the double over Posh, winning 2-0 away and 1-0 at home.
Last season fortunes were reversed with Peterborough beating us 4-1 at the Checkatrade.com Stadium and 4-3 at home, when Reds led 3-2 with two minutes to go only to concede two injury time goals.
