Crawley Town will once again be supporting Prostate Cancer UK - The Football League's Charity Partner - at the home game against Gillingham on Saturday, March 28.
Ahead of the game, Prostate Cancer UK would like to understand how much Crawley Town fans know about prostate cancer and their risk. They would like to learn about fans' experiences of the disease and also hear about your football friendships.
They have created a short survey which they would like our supporters to complete and those that do will be entered into a prize draw to win a copy of Football Manager 2015.
