Loan disappointment for the Reds
Crawley Town can confirm that due to the restriction in the Football League regulations relating to loan transfers, we were unable to complete the emergency loan signing of Ebbsfleet United winger Robbie Willmott.
Mark Yates was hopeful of being able to complete the signing on Thursday, hence why he refers to it in his programme notes, which went to print earlier today in readiness for Saturday’s game against Bristol Rovers.
We’d like to place on record our appreciation to Ebbsfleet United for their understanding after the emergency loan signing could not proceed as originally hoped.
