Club's request for postponement turned down by Football League
The home game against Leyton Orient will take place as scheduled on Saturday, October 10, kick off 3pm.The club applied to the Football League today to request a postponement after Freddie Woodman, Josh Yorwerth and Liam Donnelly were all called into their respective international squads while Gwion Edwards and Shamir Fenelon have been put on standby.
The League have now refused our request because players who are on youth or short-term emergency loans do not qualify when requesting a postponement for international call-ups. Our apology for any inconvenience caused.
