McNerney named in strong squad to face Horsham YMCA
Dermot Drummy will take a strong squad to Horsham YMCA for this evening’s Sussex Senior Cup third round tie at Gorings Mead, kick off 7.45pm.
The Reds won Langney Wanderers 3-1 in the last round and the Head Coach will take a similarly strong squad to face the Southern Combination Premier Division side tonight.
Dermot said: "Horsham YMCA will be a step up in terms of the strength of the opposition we face but it's a game we are looking forward to.
"We're almost at full strength now squad-wise and this is an important opportunity for the players to get 90 competitive minutes under their belt and make themselves ready to play over the busy Christmas and New Year programme."
Among those in action tonight is defender Joe McNerney, who makes his return to action after seven weeks out with a knee injury.
