TEAM NEWS

Lanre Oyebanjo (knee) and Joe McNerney (knee) are still missing for the Reds. Reds will have to make at least one change to the team that lost 2-0 at Wycombe on Monday after Josh Yorwerth returned to Ipswich at the end of his loan spell. Mitch Hancox and Christian Scales end their loan spells after Saturday's game.

Portsmouth have no new injury worries following Monday's 0-0 draw at home to Luton. Caolan Lavery, Marc McNulty, Jayden Stockley and Matt Clarke all play the last games of their loan spells with Pompey. Adam Webster is back in contention in central defence after serving a one-match ban.

THE FORM GUIDE

The Reds come into the game on the back of a 2-0 loss at Wycombe on Monday, their fourth loss in the last six games.

Pompey have had a mixed Christmas. They won at Northampton, lost to Leyton Orient on Boxing Day and drew 0-0 with Luton.

VIEW FROM THE BENCH

: "Portsmouth away is probably the stand-out fixture in the calendar for the fans because it's relatively close and they have a strong history at a much higher level than League 2. There will be a big crowd and a good atmosphere but these are occasions for our players to relish. It is a game everyone is looking forward to and we travel in the genuine belief that we can get a result."Mark Yates
