A look ahead to tomorrow's pre-season game...

Reds host Championship outfit Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday at the Checkatrade Stadium in their third game of pre-season.

After a 9-2 win over East Grinstead Town last Saturday, and a 6-0 victory over Three Bridges on Tuesday evening, Dermot Drummy’s men enter the contest very much in goal scoring form.

However, the game against Chris Hughton’s men will undoubtedly represent a tougher test as the side step up their preparations for the 2016/17 campaign.

Reds Team News:

After fielding a different side in each half of both their pre-season friendlies so far, Dermot Drummy may opt to give his players longer on the pitch on Saturday.

Josh Yorwerth could feature after recovering from illness.

Opposition dugout:

The Seagulls have begun their preparations for the new season after losing in the play-off semi-finals in May. The squad have recently been at a pre-season training camp in Tenerife. The arrivals of Glenn Murray and Steve Sidwell for the upcoming campaign represent strong signings and it would be no surprise to see Chris Hughton’s men challenge for promotion again this season.

We’ve Met Before:

Last year’s game between the two sides here at the Checkatrade ended in a 3-0 victory for Brighton.

Goals from Dale Stephens, Tomer Hemed and Beram Kayal in the first half gave the visitors a comfortable lead at the break. Simon Walton saw his penalty saved by in the second period.
