Great opportunities in our Community Foundation

Crawley Town FC Community Foundation is seeking highly self-motivated, passionate, and reliable coaches to support and develop their expanding community programmes in Crawley, Surrey and the Mid Sussex area.


Delivering high quality football and sport based activities in a variety of environments including schools, our soccer school programme, birthday parties, team coaching and development centre sessions.


There are also opportunities to work on various projects in themes as health, education and general community development.


Candidates must have access to and be able to drive a car. Candidates will be responsible for planning and leading sessions, keeping registers, ensuring welfare, and maintaining high standards whilst working for the Foundation.


We are very keen to establish a diverse coaching team, therefore, if you have experience or qualifications in coaching football, basketball, rugby, cricket or any type of sport then get in touch!


Applicants must have a minimum of a FA Level 1 in Coaching Football Qualification and must be a member of the FA Licensed Coaches’ Club.


Preferably, candidates will have qualifications in coaching/delivering multi-sports, PE and school sport or within disability sports. Applicants must have experience of planning and delivering coaching 

sessions in football/multi-sport and working with or in schools /sports clubs.
