Deadman in charge

3 November 2016

Match officials appointed for Saturday's FA Cup tie

Darren Deadman takes charge of Saturday’s FA Cup 1st round tie against Bristol Rovers.

It will be the fourth time the Cambridgeshire official has refereed Reds. His last Crawley game was at Carrow Road in August 2014, when Crawley lost 3-1 to Norwich in the League Cup.

He has taken charge of two previous games at the Checkatrade Stadium: the 3-2 win over AFC Wimbledon in the preliminary round of the League Cup in July 2011 and the 3-0 defeat to Portsmouth in September 2012 in League One.

He will be assisted by Christopher Wade and Dave Bushell. The fourth official is Lee Venamore.
