Access guide and information on ticketing

Our policy on disabled tickets is based on the levels of  Disability Living Allowance (DLA), or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) equivalent, that the supporter receives as set out by the Government.

If you are in receipt of  'Middle Rate' or 'Higher Rate' DLA, or the equivalent PIP, you are entitled to a free ticket for a companion to assist you.
