Club amend matchday admissions policy
The club are implementing an amended matchday ticket operation, starting with our next home game against Morecambe on Saturday, February 18.
There will be no cash turnstile entry to the Checkatrade Stadium. You must have a ticket or season ticket to gain entry.
In addition to the four sales points in the West Stand Ticket Office, you will also be able to buy tickets with cash only from a new ticket booth in the south-west corner of the stadium, near the south turnstile entrances.
This will open at 1pm or 6pm for Tuesday games and stay open until 15 minutes after kick off.
The main Ticket Office is open 9am-4.30pm weekdays and from 10am on matchday.
You can also buy online for home games by clicking here and collect your tickets from the Ticket Office before matchday or from the collection window at the back of the West Stand on matchday.
Explaining the change, Operations Director Kelly Derham said: “Administering cash turnstiles takes a lot of work and this season shows on average only 7% of our admissions are through the cash turnstiles.
“We realise this may cause some inconvenience for supporters but we are increasing the number of matchday ticket outlets by 50% to ease any congestion. We thank all fans in advance for their co-operation.”
