Alan Payne and Paul Reid have been in joint charge since last month and will remain in the dugout until the end of the season. Last week they signed the trio of Brian Howard, Kevin Lisbie and young goalkeeper Tom Stewart.

Howard is most notable for his time with Barnsley, Sheffield United and Reading, whilst Lisbie will be a familiar name and face to Charlton Athletic fans after spending 11 years with the south-east London club.

Stewart signs from Whyteleafe to provide goalkeeping cover for the remainder of the season.

Last Time We Met:

The two teams met at the same stage of this competition at the start of 2015 when Dean Saunders Reds side suffered a heavy 6-1 defeat.

Matt Harrold set up Lewis Young to open the scoring before the hosts replied emphatically with six unanswered goals. A second half hat-trick from Sam Deering and further goals from Jake Robinson, Sam Gargan and Osei Sankafa did the damage. The Hawks also beat Crawley 2-1 in a pre-season friendly in August 2015.
