The club are pleased to confirm the signing of 20-year-old Watford midfielder Dennon Lewis on loan until the 31st December 2017.
The Hornets winger, who is also comfortable playing in attack, spent time on loan with Vanarama National side Woking last season, scoring four goals in 21 league appearances for the Cards.
Lewis signed a three-year contract with the Hertfordshire club back in 2015 under Quique Sanchez Flores, after impressing in the U18 side during the 2014-15 campaign where he scored 18 goals.
Harry Kewell was full of praise for the newest Reds recruit, saying: “Dennon is someone who I know from my time at Watford and I’m looking forward to working with him again.
“He’s got good pace and an eye for goal and is another quality addition to the squad - he gives me another option at my disposal."
