Trials for the club’s new under-23 team will take place later this month.
The club’s Chief Scout, Turgut Esendagli, will co-ordinate the under-23 team. Turgut has a UEFA Pro License in coaching and has been an integral part of the club’s recruitment since he was appointed in April 2016.
Turgut will aim to provide the right training methods to help the club produce new talent.
Assistant Coach will be Tolga Dervish, who worked in the first-team environment last season. Elise Hill, who was an intern in the club’s sports science department last season when she worked with the first team, has been appointed under-23s physiotherapist.
