One day left to vote for Sky Bet League 2 goal of the month
Josh Payne’s brilliant free-kick winner at Wycombe has been nominated for the Sky Bet EFL 2 goal of the month for February - and Reds fans have just one day left to vote for the midfielder's effort!
The three nominations are:
Josh Payne – Wycombe Wanderers v CRAWLEY TOWN – 25th February
It was not just the accuracy of Payne’s stunning 30-yard free-kick into the top corner which left fans gasping, but the arrowhead speed at which it flew over the wall.
Paul Mullin – Leyton Orient v MORECAMBE – 7th February
There seemed no danger when Mullin collected a bouncing ball with three defenders around him. That was until his sweet turn and deliciously curling 25-yard shot.
Gary Roberts – Carlisle United v PORTSMOUTH – 25th February
Collecting a Michael Doyle pass, Roberts rode challenges as he set himself to brilliantly flick home a shot off the outside of his left boot in the vital promotion clash.
