Head Coach looks ahead to Leyton Orient on Saturday

Dermot Drummy is looking for his side to be on the front foot when they host Leyton Orient on Saturday (3pm).

The Head Coach emphasised that the Reds must exert themselves on the contest and play to their strengths for the visit of the O's.

"We'll look at them and see what we can do to stop them - but it's all about how we attack them from my point of view," said the Head Coach.

"It's about us attacking with emphasis and playing with power, and I believe we've got the players in the team to hurt them.

"That's what we're after and I'm looking forward to Saturday."

The weekend's visitors prop up the Football League ahead of the contest, but the Head Coach knows that his men must match their spirit and determination in order to get a result from the game.

"They're fighting and they've got a great spirit and we know that we have to match that.

"We know we have to work hard to preserve our league status too.

"The aggression and competitiveness we showed at Grimsby is something we need to now show in every game."

The contest marks the first of the final eight games of the campaign, and Dermot was keen to emphasise that the run in represents a chance to make a point as he looks for a level of consistent performance between now and the end of his first full season in charge of the club.

"It's so important we finish the campaign strongly and I've emphasised that to the players - they have to fight.

"This is our livelihood and our club and we have to work hard.

"We all want to stick together and end the season on a high note."
