Our new website is now live and as part of the improvement in our online offering we’re delighted to announce iFollow - the new video platform which replaces Reds Player HD.
You can find information and sign up to the newly branded service here to access all of the club’s exclusive video content with the latest interviews, match highlights, full match replays, live commentary of every game and a brand new live streaming service of all matches (streaming service for international users only).
IFollow will be the only place to watch all this exclusive content with a yearly season ticket just £45 – the equivalent of just 12p a day!
As part of the launch of our new website, processes were put in place to migrate as many subscribers as possible over from PlayerHD service to the iFollow product.
Given the changes in format between the PlayerHD and iFollow product, particularly for international subscribers, not all fans were legally able to be automatically rolled on to an iFollow package. These groups of subscribers were dealt with as below:

Fans with existing subscriptions from the old service:
Domestic subscribers who were paying for PlayerHD via Direct Debit were contacted on Monday 24th April with notification of the processes outlined above. All other subscribers were contacted on the afternoon of 28th May 2017 to clarify the process ahead of their transition.
