Tim Robinson to officiate Portsmouth game on Tuesday evening

Officials for Checkatrade Trophy game at Fratton Park confirmed

2 October 2017

Tim Robinson will take charge of Tuesday evening's game with Portsmouth at Fratton Park (7.45pm).

The West Sussex based refereee has officiated 14 matches across the EFL and it's respective competitions so far this season - issuing 41 yellow cards and seven reds.

His most recent appointment was the weekend's Sky Bet Championship game between Reading and Norwich City at the Madjeski Stadium which the Canaries won 2-1.

Mr Robinson took charge of our first game of the competition last year when we beat Colchester United 1-0 at the Checkatrade Stadium at the start of August.

During the 2015/16 campaign he refereed the Reds on three occasions, including the 2-0 home win over Newport County, and he officiated the side once in the 2014/15 season, and once in the 2013/14 campaign.

He will be assisted by Mr Ian Cooper and Mr Darren Blunden and the fourth official is Mr Andy Woolmer.
