Kevin Johnson to take charge of game with Carlisle United

Officials confirmed for Saturday's clash with the Blues

28 September 2017

Kevin Johnson will referee Saturday's game at home to Carlisle United (3pm).

Mr Johnson has so far officiated eight games this season, five in League One, one in League Two, one in the EFL Trophy and one in the Carabao Cup; issuing three red cards and 29 yellows in the process.

He has taken charge of just two games involving the Reds so far in his career, the most recent being our 2-0 loss away at Portsmouth last season.

The other fixture was the side's 2-1 away loss to Scunthorpe United in 2015, back when the Reds were competing in the third tier.

Mr Andrew Laver and Mr Paul Yates will be the assistants, and Mr Adrian Tranter is the fourth official.
