Graham Horwood appointed for Colchester United game

Saturday's officials for game at Weston Homes Community Stadium confirmed

6 September 2017

Graham Horwood will be in charge when we travel to Colchester United on Saturday afternoon (3pm).

The referee has officiated three games so far this season; two in League Two and one in the EFL Cup.

Horwood has taken charge of six previous Reds games, the most recent being last season's 2-1 loss away to Cheltenham Town.

The official was also the man in the middle for Crawley Town's 1-0 defeat away to Coventry City in the Checkatrade Trophy in December last year.

The Reds have only won once with Horwood on the whistle, back in February 2015 when Gavin Tomlin's 88th minute goal grabbed a 2-1 League One win away to Swindon Town.

He will be assisted by Mr Thomas Ramsey and Mr Paul Kelly, Mr Jack Packman is the fourth official.
