Josh Lelan insists that the Reds always believed they could turn around their fortunes, as he reflected on Saturday's 2-0 win over Yeovil Town.
The win over the Glovers made it back-to-back league wins for the first time since January, and the defender spoke bouyantly about the mood in the dressing room after the result.
"We never lost any belief in what we were doing," he told iFollow Crawley.
"We knew we had the talent within the squad to turn results around, it was about it taking time to gel on the pitch.
"After last weekend and today we've got a positive outlook now."
The victory over Darren Way's men was also the club's first home win since the 25th March, and Josh believes that the win was the result of the previous success over Swindon Town seven days earlier.
"The boys kept the shape of the team well and caught them with two good goals on the front foot," he continued.
"It feels like the team have clicked after last week (against Swindon Town).
"We seemed to have just kicked on from there because everyone seems hungry and positive now."
