NATHANIEL-GEORGE RETURNS AGAINST CARLISLE

22 December 2018

Gabriele Cioffi made one change to the side for today's home fixture against Carlisle United.

Ashley Nathaniel-George came in for Reece Grego-Cox in the only alteration to the side beaten 2-0 at Macclesfield last Saturday.

Injuries and suspension continued to affect the Italian’s selection options.

Ollie Palmer is now suspended for four more games after two matches were added onto his original suspension for his red card against Northampton after a charge of using foul and abusive language to an official was confirmed by the FA.

Lewis Young (calf) joined Jimmy Smith (knee) and Filipe Morais (hand) on the sidelines but Mark Connolly was fit enough for a place on the bench after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Carlisle’s line-up including former Horley Town striker Ashley Nadesan, who is their top scorer with eight goals this season.

Reds: Morris; Francomb, N’Gala, McNerney, Maguire; Nathaniel-George, Camara, Payne, Bulman, Gambin; Poleon. Subs: Mersin, Doherty, Connolly, Grego-Cox, Sesay, Allarakhia
