The club are pleased to announce the installation a new ticketing system that will be in place for the new season after we partnered up with Medoc Ltd, who already provide ticketing solutions to several EFL clubs including Notts County and Mansfield Town.
From our opening League game against Stevenage on Saturday, August 11, supporters will have their match tickets or season ticket card scanned on entry at the turnstiles.
In addition, supporters will soon be able to print match tickets at home and avoid queueing on matchdays to purchase tickets - we will be announcing more information on the launch of this very soon.
Operations Director Kelly Derham said: “We are delighted to have partnered with Medoc to bring what we hope will be a more user-friendly and effective way of buying match tickets and gaining entry to the Broadfield Stadium on matchdays.
“The big advantages of our new system are the ability to print tickets at home using our new website which we will be announcing next week when Stevenage tickets go on sale. Also, a scanner entry system should enable much quicker access to the stadium.”
Supporters will still be able to come to the Ticket Office to buy tickets but for those fans who live away and are unable to get to the stadium during the week the print-at-home option offers an easy way of getting your match tickets which can then be presented at the turnstiles for scanning.
