Head Coach Gabriele Cioffi looks ahead to Saturday's home game against Newport County.

On good home form ...

Four home wins in a row is good, but can we do better - can we go seven, eight, ten or even 20 home games without losing in front of our own supporters? It will be tough for sure, but that is the challenge for the squad. If we are to have a successful season we must be strong in front of our own supporters and everyone has to play their part. The fans too - when the team needs their support we will need them to be strong in their voices. This has been the case since I came to Crawley which is good and long may it continue.

On dangerous opponents ...

Newport do not surprise me this season. They were strong last season and nearly made it to the play-off. And remember, they drew with Tottenham in the FA Cup - what a performance that was. It looks to me that they had one bad game against Yeovil but otherwise have been consistent in their results from the first day of the season. I respect their coach Michael Flynn and their players. We have worked hard this week to try and be prepared for their strengths. I think it should be an entertaining game tomorrow.

On achieving consistency ...

Any successful side needs this, whatever the standard. That is our goal and the only way to achieve this is working hard, preparing properly for every game and training session and learning from our mistakes. The players have to understand this and I have confidence that they will, but if we are to achieve our goals this season we have to achieve a run of games unbeaten. I believe we can and two home games gives us the opportunity to do this.

Injuries and team news ...

No Bondz (N'Gala) of course, as he is suspended for three matches. So one change in the defence. Ashley Nathaniel-George is very close to fitness, he could be involved tomorrow we will see.
