Head Coach Gabriele Cioffi says the senior players in the squad are setting a fine example at a time when results haven't matched performances for Reds.
Dannie Bulman smashed in a goal of the season contender against Forest Green Rovers last Saturday, only for the visitors to win the game 2-1 with a late goal.
Ahead of Saturday's game against Yeovil at Huish Park, Gaby has praised the work being done by Bully and the senior players.
He said: "The senior players have showed leadership at a time when our performances have been good but not always the result has matched it.
"Dannie is important on and off the pitch. He is a humble man, a great professional and everyone knows including myself that we can rely on him, not just as a footballer but as a human being as well.
He is a good example for our young players but so are the other senior professionals. They are going to be important to us in the next few games."
