The club are pleased to announce Gareth Cooper is joining the backroom team as our first team data and opposition analyst.
Gareth (pictured below) is a qualified freelance opposition scout at both academy and senior level and has experience in using complex data for tactical and opposition scouting.
He is also experienced in identifying players through traditional scouting and also using data driven scouting methods.
Head Coach Gabriele Cioffi said: "The appointments we have made in the last week to our backroom team are all aimed at making us stronger where it matters most - on the pitch.
"Gareth is extremely professional and experienced in scouting and we are looking forward to working with him."
