Alan Young takes charge on Tuesday night when Reds entertain Norwich City u21s in the Leasing.com Trophy.
It will be his third Crawley appointment. Last season he took charge of the 2-0 win over Morecambe and 1-1 draw against Macclesfield Town.
This season he has shown 30 yellow and two red cards in eight games.
Sam Ogles and George Byrne will be his assistants, Paul Kelly is the fourth official.
