RETURN OF FANS | MATCHDAY GUIDE

All you need to know ahead of fans' return to The People's Pension Stadium

15 December 2020

Ahead of the return of fans to The People's Pension Stadium, the club have issued the following guide in order to assist with any supporter queries and to make the return to the stadium as enjoyable as possible.

MATCH TICKETS:

Tickets for tonights match will not be available on the day. Supporters who are yet to collect their 'social bubble' tickets can do so from from the ticket collection cabin at the South end of the stadium. The ticket office itself will be closed.

ENTERING & MOVING AROUND THE GROUND:

Owing to social distancing requirements, there will be two main entrances into the stadium. This is in the North and South end of the stadium. These entrances have been expanded from the usual turnstiles in order to facilitate social distancing. This means that the concourse areas will now run into the North & South end car parks respectively. All tickets issued highlight these two entrances accordingly, denoting 'North' or 'South'. Season Ticket Holders will need to scan their Season Ticket cards to gain entry to the stadium, after which the 'social bubble' ticket will need to be used for subsequent seating. Arrows will be on the floor of the stadium concourse to show the directional flow of supporters, along with signage to show the quickest ways to toilets, refreshment stands and your seats.

Would supporters please note in order to access your seat, you MAY have to walk past your seat and then come back on yourself before sitting. This is again, in accordance with social distancing measures. A reminder that face coverings MUST be worn whilst moving around the vicinity of The People's Pension Stadium, but can be removed once in your ticketing position. Entry to the stadium is from 12 noon.

SANITISING STATIONS & CLEANING:

MATCH DAY CATERING:

The club will be operating two catering units, one at either end of the stadium. The menu will be limited in order to reduce queuing time and a subsequent build up of supporters in one area.

REDZ BAR:

Fans will not be able to sit on a table greater than 6 and will have to submit full track and trace details upon entry. Any fans who fail to comply with the regulations will be ejected immediately. More information on Redz Bar can be found by clicking here

MEDIA & EXECUTIVE GUEST ENTRY:

Entry for both matchday media and executive guests is from main reception. In accordance with EFL guidelines, accredited media will be able to enter the stadium 90 minutes before kick off with Executive Guests being able to enter from midday.
