Season tickets for the 2020/21 season will go on sale on Monday 20th July with prices frozen for a sixth consecutive season.
Once again there will be a discounted price for people wishing to renew or buy a season ticket early, but because of the delayed launch of season ticket sales owing to the COVID-19 pandemic the early bird window will end earlier than usual at at 16:30 on Friday 31st July, after which tickets will go on sale at regular prices.
Similarly, existing season ticket holders have until 16:30 31st July to claim their reserved seats, after which they will go on general sale.
At this current time, it remains unclear whether fans will be admitted to stadiums to watch games at the start of the 2020/21 season.
Crawley Town Football Club will endeavour to operate at the maximum capacity allowed, but in the event that matches are played with a reduced capacity and / or with restrictions, shall give priority to season ticket holders first. This does not mean, however, that all season ticket holders will be able to get access, as this will be dependent on the guidelines provided to us.
Should games be played behind closed doors, no entry will be allowed.
The club will endeavour to offer alternatives to compensate ticket holders in this event, which might include but not be limited to, live streaming of matches, in the event that games are played behind closed doors, or with significant restrictions which mean that the majority of ticket holders cannot gain access to the stadium.

Season ticket holder benefits include:
- Priority purchase for all-ticket cup ties, home or away.
- Two additional free tickets to any Sky Bet League game of your choice (not available if social-distancing measures are in place and capacity reduced).
- 15% off any merchandise in the Club Shop on production of your season ticket if you spend £10 or more.
- 10% off an individual hire in the Mayo Wynne Baxter suite.
- Opportunity to upgrade your match ticket to hospitality in the Mayo Wynne Baxter Suite for £48 (normal price is £65).
- Have your name placed on your seat (£20).
- 10% off collection at Crawley Ballerz.

PARKING:
Reserved car parking is also available for league games only, for both season ticket holders (£110) and for disabled badge holders. These must be pre-booked and can be done by contacting tickets@crawleytownfc.com on a first come first serve basis.
ELIGIBILITY:
Any person buying a season ticket who is not an adult will need to produce ID when purchasing their ticket. Acceptable forms of ID are a passport, driving license or valid student ID card.
