Distribution process for season ticket holders to change

Season Ticket holders must ensure that they have created an iFollow account which is linked to the same email on the club Season Ticket database, in order to enable them to continue following the Reds on iFollow this season. This is after EFL digital began the process of moving to an email based solution, and away from promo codes. 


Would season ticket holders please note that they have until 23:00 tomorrow night to match their email address on iFollow to the one on the club's season ticket database. 

Fans that do not have a matched account will not be granted access to iFollow going forwards.

If there are any fans that are not currently ingested in the system and had to use a code for our fixture against Cambridge United (i.e. if they weren’t matched the first time around) they have until 23:00 on Friday 13th November to ensure they have registered for iFollow with email address that you hold for them.

The EFL team will run the match-up ingest on 17th and 18th of November ahead of the fixtures on the 21st.

Fans who do not match their accounts will NOT be able to access iFollow going forwards.

As a club, we will be required to provide the EFL with a database of Season Ticket holders. Those fans will be matched against existing iFollow accounts. Any Season Ticket holder with an iFollow account will have access to all relevant games, automatically granted in their account. 

There are a number of benefits to this solution; Once completed there will be no need for codes to be generated and passed to fans. Fans will simply need to log-in to their account to view the games they are entitled to see. The first round of fixtures where this distribution process will be in place is for this Saturday's fixture against Cambridge United.
