Crawley Town Football Club can today confirm the procedure for season ticket holders to follow in order to benefit from a free iFollow passcode that will allow them to follow the Reds for any missed home games owing to COVID-19.
Anyone who wishes to benefit from a free iFollow pass for any home league game that is played behind closed doors due to COVID-19 must purchase a season ticket for the 2020/21 season by Tuesday 29th September 2020 in order to qualify.
Any purchases made after this date will NOT obtain a free pass and will be charged at the normal rate.
All season ticket holders that have renewed or purchased a new season ticket must please follow the following steps in order to obtain their match by match passcode for home League 2 games only.
In order to obtain access to iFollow for all the relevant games you must either;
A - Register for an iFollow account
or
B - Have an existing iFollow account.
2 - In both cases, that iFollow account should be registered with the email address that we hold on file for you for season ticket purposes, if you are in any doubt, we would advise that you email tickets@crawleytownfc.com with your iFollow account email address so it can be checked and cross referenced.
We would like you to ensure that the credentials you use are correct and work on your iFollow account as this will not be able to be changed at a later date.
3 - Upon receiving the unique code per season ticket holder for each game from the EFL, we will email this to each season ticket holder using the email address we hold on file.
